The first real Google Android prototypes were all on display at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona today.  ARM, Marvell, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, NEC and ST Microelectronics were all displaying various prototypes, trying to offer a glimpse of what will come when the first phones are released in late 2008.
