At Benno’s Blog, you can follow the detailed notes of Benno’s journey in trying to port the Android emulator binaries to the Neo 1973 OpenMoko handset.  Unfortunately, it will not be possible to complete at this time - but if you read through Benno’s journey you’ll see that it would have required many hacks to port Google’s ARMv5 code to the Neo’s ARMv4.
